rely on our readers to provide the funds necessary to pay
our artists. The upside to this is a lack of ads
filling up our pages or trolls filling our forums.
We strive for quality, not everything we receive in our
submissions box will be placed on the site.
Submitted indie work is only published here on site, while work
from the actual Emergent Arts & Living Fiction teams also become

Within our Living Fiction settings, you have a real effect on the world by writing your character into it. No replaying the same module over and over, because it all gets recorded into the history of the world itself. There is always a new story to be had.
The membership fee is (and will always be) just $5 a month, or $50 a year (which gets you 2 months free). This is much cheaper than buying all of our works individually, and everything we've put out on paper can be found here to view as much as you want for as long as you're a member. Members also get bonus content not found in printed works, and access to new material before it ever gets printed!
